§ 9A-203 - Officers
MD Bus Reg Code § 9A-203 (2013) What's This?
(a) Chairman. -- From among the Board members, the Governor shall appoint a chairman.
(b) Election of other officers. -- Except for the chairman, the manner of election of officers shall be as the Board determines.
