§ 8-705 - Fees and revenues


MD Bus Reg Code § 8-705 (2013) What's This?

§8-705.

(a) Subject to subsection (b) of this section, the Commission may set reasonable fees for its services.

(b) Revenues generated by the Commission shall be at least equal to expenses incurred by the Commission.

(c) The Commission shall pay all money collected under this subtitle into the General Fund of the State.
