§ 6-417 - End of soliciting
MD Bus Reg Code § 6-417 (2013) What's This?
§6-417.
A charitable organization that intends to end soliciting shall submit to the Secretary of State:
(1) a statement of its intent; and
(2) a final annual report within 6 months after the end of its fiscal year.
