BUSINESS REGULATION
§ 4-303 - License required [Effective until July 1, 2013].
§4-303.
(a) A person may not participate as a boxer, kick boxer, wrestler, or mixed martial arts contestant in a contest in the State unless the person has an appropriate license.
(b) A person may not act as a manager, referee, judge, second, matchmaker, or promoter in a contest in the State unless the person has an appropriate license.
§ 4-303 - License required [Effective July 1, 2013].
(a) Participating in contest. -- A person may not participate as a wrestler or contestant in a contest in the State unless the person has an appropriate license.
(b) Acting in contest. -- A person may not act as a manager, referee, judge, second, matchmaker, or promoter in a contest in the State unless the person has an appropriate license.
