§ 17-422 - Licensing certain machines prohibited; licensing pinball machines authorized


MD Bus Reg Code § 17-422 (2013) What's This?

§17-422.

(a) Free-play console machines and free-play pinball machines may not be licensed or kept for public use in Wicomico County.

(b) Pinball machines may be licensed under Part III of this subtitle and kept for public use in Wicomico County if they:

(1) are amusement devices only; and

(2) are not free-play console machines or free-play pinball machines.
