§ 17-101 - Definitions


MD Bus Reg Code § 17-101 (2013) What's This?

§17-101.

(a) In this title the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) “Goods” means tangible personal property.

(c) “Sale” includes barter.

(d) “Sell” includes barter.

(e) “Trader” includes a person who operates a room or other place of business for selling goods at auction.

(f) “Trader’s license” means a license issued by the clerk to do business as a trader.
