§ 14-212 - Miscellaneous powers
MD Bus Reg Code § 14-212 (2013) What's This?
§14-212.
In connection with an investigation or proceeding under this subtitle, the Commissioner may:
(1) administer oaths;
(2) receive evidence; and
(3) issue subpoenas for the attendance of witnesses to:
(i) testify; or
(ii) produce evidence.
