§ 16-5B-04 - Application and registration
(a) Contents of application. -- An applicant for registration as an appraisal management company shall submit to the Commission an application on a form required by the Commission.
(b) Duration of registration. -- A registration issued under this subtitle is valid for 1 year.
(c) Irrevocable Uniform Consent to Service of Process required. -- A person applying for registration as an appraisal management company shall complete an irrevocable Uniform Consent to Service of Process, as required by the Commission.
(d) Fees. -- The Commission may set by regulation reasonable fees for registering appraisal management companies under this subtitle.
