Section 8-729 - Permit required.

§ 8-729. Permit required.
 

(a)  General rule.- A person may not erect or maintain any outdoor sign along or near any federal-aid primary highway, unless the person has a permit issued by the Administration for that sign. 

(b)  Applicability of Part III.- A permit required by this section shall be issued in the same manner and is subject to the same annual permit fee and other requirements and limitations as are provided for a permit issued under Part III of this subtitle.
