Section 8-719 - Issuance of permit; numbering.
§ 8-719. Issuance of permit; numbering.
(a) Issuance.- The Administration shall issue a permit under this part to any applicant who has complied with the requirements of this part.
(b) Numbering.- The permits issued under this part shall be numbered consecutively.
