Section 27-106 - Penalty for failure to comply with identification decals on propane fueled vehicles and mandatory seatbelt use and certain parking violations.
§ 27-106. Penalty for failure to comply with identification decals on propane fueled vehicles and mandatory seatbelt use and certain parking violations.
(a) Penalty for violation of § 22-404.4 - Any person who is convicted of a violation of § 22-404.4 of this article shall be fined $250.
(b) Penalty for violation of mandatory seatbelt provisions.- Any person who is convicted of a violation of § 22-412.3 of this article is subject to a fine of not more than $25, including court costs.
(c) Penalty for violation of § 21-1003 (u) or (dd).- Any person who is convicted of a violation of § 21-1003 (u) or (dd) of this article is subject to a fine of $25.
