Section 13-942 - Dealers: Class 1C (trailer dealer) plates.
§ 13-942. Dealers: Class 1C (trailer dealer) plates.
(a) Classification.- Special registration plates issued to a trailer dealer under § 13-621 of this title for use only on trailers and semitrailers are Class 1C (trailer dealer) registration plates.
(b) Annual fee.- For Class 1C (trailer dealer) registration plates, the annual registration fee for each registration plate issued to the applicant shall be established by the Administration.
(c) Use of plates.- A Class 1C (trailer dealer) registration plate may be used only on trailers or semitrailers owned or used by the trailer dealer, and only as permitted by § 13-621 of this title.
