Section 13-209 - Assurance Fund - Maintenance.
§ 13-209. Assurance Fund - Maintenance.
(a) Deposit of fees.- The Administration shall maintain an Assurance Fund and deposit in it the filing fees collected under this subtitle.
(b) Transfer of excess sums.- When the Assurance Fund reaches $25,000, any money in excess of that amount shall be transferred to the Transportation Trust Fund.
