Section 9-335 - Surrender of bond.

§ 9-335. Surrender of bond.
 

The Comptroller shall surrender the bond filed by a licensee if: 

(1) the license is revoked or canceled; and 

(2) the licensee has paid all motor fuel taxes, interest, and penalties that are due.
