Section 14-103 - Disclosure of not-for-profit status.
§ 14-103. Disclosure of not-for-profit status.
Each nonprofit health service plan shall disclose on each document, statement, announcement, and advertisement and in any representation it places before the public that the nonprofit health service plan is a private not-for-profit corporation.
