Section 11-301 - Definitions.

§ 11-301. Definitions.
 

(a)  In general.- In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b)  Competitive market.- "Competitive market" means any market except those which, by application of the standards in § 11-306 of this subtitle, have been determined to be noncompetitive under § 11-308(c) of this subtitle.

"Market"                                                            § 11-301

(c)  Market.- "Market" means the interaction between buyers and sellers of a particular line of insurance in a geographical area consisting of not less than one entire county.
