Section 20-312 - Penalty for violation of rule or regulation adopted under Subtitle 1 of this title.

§ 20-312. Penalty for violation of rule or regulation adopted under Subtitle 1 of this title.
  

(a)  Regulations.- The Secretary may adopt regulations to implement the provisions of this subtitle. 

(b)  Penalty.- A person who violates any rule or regulation that the Secretary adopts under this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor.
