§ 5-1001. Drug and Alcohol Grants Program.
 

(a)  Established.- The Governor's Office of Crime Control and Prevention may establish a grants program for neighborhood crime prevention programs and drug and alcohol abuse education, prevention, treatment, adjudication, and law enforcement programs. 

(b)  Regulations.- The Governor's Office of Crime Control and Prevention shall adopt regulations to carry out a grants program established under this section.
