Section 10-106 - Sale of clove cigarettes.
§ 10-106. Sale of clove cigarettes.
(a) Prohibited.- A person may not sell or offer for sale a clove cigarette.
(b) Penalty.- A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine of $500.
