Section 12-317 - Short titles.
§ 12-317. Short titles.
(a) Title 12, Subtitle 3 of Commercial Law Article.- This subtitle may be cited as the Maryland Consumer Loan Law - Credit Provisions.
(b) Joint citation with Title 11, Subtitle 2 of Financial Institutions Article.- This subtitle and the Maryland Consumer Loan Law - Licensing Provisions may be cited jointly as the Maryland Consumer Loan Law.
