Section 4-303 - License required.
§ 4-303. License required.
(a) Participating in contest.- A person may not participate as a boxer, kick boxer, wrestler, or mixed martial arts contestant in a contest in the State unless the person has an appropriate license.
(b) Acting in contest.- A person may not act as a manager, referee, judge, second, matchmaker, or promoter in a contest in the State unless the person has an appropriate license.
