Section 5-507 - Repeated violations.

§ 12.5-507. Repeated violations.
 

(a)  Applicability.- This section applies only if there is no greater criminal penalty provided under this title or other applicable law. 

(b)  Penalties.- A person that engages in repeated violations of the provisions of this title is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $5,000.
