Subtitle 5 - Thoroughbred Racing
Section 11-541 - Cancellation.

§ 11-541. Cancellation.
  

(a)  Five-entry minimum.- If there are fewer than 5 separate qualified entries in a Fund Race, the Commission shall cancel the Fund Race. 

(b)  Notice for substitute race.- If the Commission cancels a Fund Race, the Commission shall give notice to the licensee in time to allow the licensee to schedule a substitute race.
