Section 9-403 - Permit required; exception.

§ 9-403. Permit required; exception.
 

(a)  Permit required.- Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, a corporation or partnership shall hold a permit issued by the Board before the corporation or partnership may operate a business through which landscape architecture is practiced. 

(b)  Exception.- A corporation may provide landscape architectural services for itself or for an affiliated corporation without a permit issued by the Board.
