Section 4-503 - Applications for barbershop permits.

§ 4-503. Applications for barbershop permits.
 

(a)  In general.- An applicant for a barbershop permit shall: 

(1) submit to the Board an application on the form that the Board provides; and 

(2) pay to the Board an application fee and a pre-opening inspection fee established by the Board in accordance with § 4-206 of this title. 

(b)  Separate application and fees for each barbershop.- For each barbershop permit for which a person applies, the person shall submit a separate application and pay separate application and pre-opening inspection fees.
