Section 16-303 - Applications for licenses; fingerprinting.

§ 16-303. Applications for licenses; fingerprinting.
  

(a)  Applications for licenses.- An applicant for a license shall: 

(1) submit to the Commission an application on the form that the Commission provides; and 

(2) pay to the Commission an application fee of $75. 

(b)  Fingerprinting.- The Commission may require an applicant to be fingerprinted.
