Maryland Transportation Section 8-412

      On or before January 1 of each year, Baltimore City shall give to the Governor and to the Administration an accounting report that:

            (1)      Shows the actual costs of the preceding fiscal year;

            (2)      Shows the expenditure budget of the current fiscal year; and

            (3)      As to each, accurately identifies the costs enumerated in § 8-408(a) of this subtitle.
