Maryland State Personnel and Pensions Section 24-202

Article - State Personnel and Pensions

§ 24-202.

      Except as provided in § 24-203 of this subtitle, an individual described in § 24-201 of this subtitle is a member of the State Police Retirement System as a condition of employment.
