Maryland State Government Section 9-918

Article - State Government

§ 9-918.

      (a)      The purposes of the Maryland Veterans' Home Commission are to operate and to manage in the State a home for veterans.

      (b)      The General Assembly declares the purposes of the Maryland Veterans' Home Commission to be of general benefit to the veterans of the State.
