Article - State Government

§ 9-1026.

      (a)      Every 2 years, the State Archives shall compile and edit a Maryland Manual that contains:

            (1)      a copy of the Maryland Constitution;

            (2)      the name and address of each officer of the State or a county who is:

                  (i)      elected;

                  (ii)      appointed by the Governor; or

                  (iii)      appointed by the Board of Public Works; and

            (3)      any other information that, in consultation with the Hall of Records Commission, the State Archivist considers necessary.

      (b)      In accordance with Division II of the State Finance and Procurement Article, the Archives shall print the Maryland Manual, as provided in the State budget.
