Maryland State Government Section 5-101.1

Article - State Government

§ 5-101.1.

      In addition to the oath specified in Article I, § 9 of the Maryland Constitution, the Treasurer shall take an oath to discharge the duties of the Office of Treasurer faithfully, diligently, and honestly.
