Maryland State Government Section 3-102

      For the term of office beginning on January 15, 2003, the annual salaries of the Governor and Lieutenant Governor are:

            (1)      Governor:

                  (i)      for the first year, $135,000;

                  (ii)      for the second year, $140,000;

                  (iii)      for the third year, $145,000; and

                  (iv)      for the fourth year, $150,000; and

            (2)      Lieutenant Governor:

                  (i)      for the first year, $112,500;

                  (ii)      for the second year, $116,667;

                  (iii)      for the third year, $120,833; and

                  (iv)      for the fourth year, $125,000.
