Maryland State Finance and Procurement Section 3-408

Article - State Finance and Procurement

§ 3-408.

      (a)      The Governor shall appoint the Chairperson of the Board.

      (b)      The Chairperson may appoint subcommittees as necessary to carry out the responsibilities of the Board.
