Maryland Public Utility Companies Section 2-101

Article - Public Utility Companies

§ 2-101.

      (a)      There is a Public Service Commission.

      (b)      The Commission is an independent unit in the Executive Branch of State government.

      (c)      The Commission shall carry out the functions assigned to it by law.
