Maryland Labor and Employment Section 8-402

Article - Labor and Employment

§ 8-402.

      (a)      The Secretary shall administer the Unemployment Insurance Fund.

      (b)      The Unemployment Insurance Fund shall be a special fund that is separate from State money.
