Maryland Labor and Employment Section 8-302

Article - Labor and Employment

§ 8-302.

      (a)      There is an Office of Unemployment Insurance.

      (b)      The Office of Unemployment Insurance shall perform any function that the Secretary assigns to it to carry out this title.
