Maryland Labor and Employment Section 4-201

      (a)      In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

      (b)      "Consent election" means an election that is conducted under a consent election agreement and in accordance with Part II of this subtitle to determine a bargaining representative.

      (c)      "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Labor and Industry.

      (d)      "Mediation Service" means the State Mediation and Conciliation Service.
