Maryland Labor and Employment Section 11-101

Article - Labor and Employment

§ 11-101.

      (a)      In this title the following words have the meanings indicated.

      (b)      "Department" means the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation.

      (c)      "Secretary" means the Secretary of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation.
