Maryland Labor and Employment Section 10-201

Article - Labor and Employment

§ 10-201.

      (a)      In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

      (b)      "Board" means the Subsequent Injury Fund Board.

      (c)      "Fund" means the Subsequent Injury Fund.
