Maryland Health Occupations Section 8-308

      (a)      The Board shall issue the appropriate license to any applicant who meets the requirements for a license as:

            (1)      A registered nurse under this title; and

            (2)      A licensed practical nurse under this title.

      (b)      The Board shall show on each license:

            (1)      Any expiration date;

            (2)      The type of license; and

            (3)      Any certification.
