Maryland Health Occupations Section 15-305

      (a)      If an applicant qualifies for a certificate under this subtitle, the Board shall send the applicant a notice that specifies that:

            (1)      The applicant has qualified for a certificate; and

            (2)      On receipt of the certificate fee set by the Board, the Board will issue a certificate to the applicant.

      (b)      On payment of the certificate fee, the Board shall issue a certificate to any applicant who meets the requirements of this subtitle.

      (c)      The Board shall include on each certificate that the Board issues:

            (1)      The full name of the certificate holder;

            (2)      A serial number assigned by the Board to the certificate holder; and

            (3)      The signature of the Secretary under seal of the Board.
