Maryland Health Occupations Section 14-309

      (a)      To apply for a license, an applicant shall:

            (1)      Submit an application to the Board on the form that the Board requires; and

            (2)      Pay to the Board the application fee set by the Board.

      (b)      The Board may not release a list of applicants for licensure.
