Maryland Health - General Section 24-427

      Subject to the hearing provisions of § 24-428 of this subtitle, the Secretary may reprimand any licensee or suspend or revoke the license of any licensee who:

            (1)      Fraudulently or deceptively obtains or attempts to obtain a license for the applicant or licensee or for another;

            (2)      Fraudulently or deceptively uses a license;

            (3)      Makes any false statement in an application for a license issued under this subtitle; or

            (4)      Violates any provision of this subtitle.
