Maryland Health - General Section 24-407

      (a)      To apply for a license, an applicant shall:

            (1)      Submit to the Department an application on the form that the Department requires; and

            (2)      Pay to the Department an application fee established by the Secretary under § 2-104 of this article.

      (b)      The Department shall waive the license fee for any manufacturer of decorative pillows that:

            (1)      Are made by needlepoint or by hand; and

            (2)      Are sold for use only by:

                  (i)      Nursing homes;

                  (ii)      Churches; or

                  (iii)      Other nonprofit organizations.
