Maryland Health - General Section 24-402

      (a)      The Department may adopt rules and regulations to carry out the provisions of this subtitle.

      (b)      The Department shall:

            (1)      Inspect and supervise the making and selling of all bedding and upholstered furniture that is subject to this subtitle; and

            (2)      Otherwise administer and enforce this subtitle.
