Maryland Health - General Section 19-732

      (a)      A party aggrieved by a final action of the Commissioner under this subtitle has the right to a hearing and the right to appeal from the action of the Commissioner under §§ 2-210 through 2-215 of the Insurance Article.

      (b)      A party aggrieved by an order of the Secretary under this subtitle may appeal that order to the Board of Review of the Department and take any further appeal provided by the State Government Article.
