Maryland Health - General Section 13-904

      (a)      A majority of the members then serving on the Advisory Council is a quorum.

      (b)      The Advisory Council shall determine the times and places of its meetings.

      (c)      A member of the Advisory Council:

            (1)      May not receive compensation; but

            (2)      Is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.

      (d)      The Secretary shall designate the staff necessary to carry out this subtitle.
