Maryland Health - General Section 13-702

Article - Health - General

§ 13-702.

      (a)      In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

      (b)      "Certificate" means a certificate issued by the Department or a private or public entity to administer subcutaneous injections of epinephrine.

      (c)      "Program" means the Insect Sting Emergency Treatment Program.
