Maryland Family Law Section 5-555

      (a)      The Department shall prepare and, as needed, update an informational pamphlet for parents of children in family day care.

      (b)      The pamphlet shall contain:

            (1)      an outline of family day care regulations;

            (2)      a description of parental rights and responsibilities;

            (3)      a description of complaint procedures; and

            (4)      the address and telephone number of the local department.

      (c)      The Department shall make the pamphlet available to day care providers for distribution to parents.
