§ 4-403.

      (a)      The Department of Human Resources shall continue to develop and maintain a program to carry out the purposes of this subtitle in each local department of social services.

      (b)      In implementing the program, the Department of Human Resources shall:

            (1)      adopt rules, regulations, and guidelines for implementing the program in each local department of social services;

            (2)      continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the program; and

            (3)      to the extent possible, coordinate for families with children the delivery of day care, health, educational, mental health, employment, housing, and crisis services provided by public and private agencies.

** SPECIAL NOTE: EFFECTIVE - JANUARY 1, 2006 - CHAPTER 464 - 2005 **
